Our contingent service is used for finding the top 1% of permanent employees worldwide. This search with be conducted through the use of:
- Internal Database – Our Staff work long and hard to broaden and refine our network; therefore, we have an extraordinary selection of specialists to choose from and can offer a variety of applicants for each vacancy.
- Direct Referrals – YanTech Associates offers up to £1000/$ for a successfully placed referral. This is a great way to reach Candidates in the market that may not currently be in our network or are not on LinkedIn.
- Headhunting – For positions that require a particular skill set or has a unique set of requirements, there may be only a select number of suitable Candidates in the marketplace, and therefore, it may be best to reach out directly. Our team will start by creating a shortlist of the top Candidates for the job and then begin to headhunt directly.
- Advertisements – We have partnered with the top job boards for our market, ensuring each role is advertised, and companies do not have to waste their time or money advertising. This will ensure that no rock is left unturned in the search for top talent.
Our contract service is best suited for time-pressured projects:
When time is tight and the workload is heavy, a Contractor may be the most viable option to ensure deadlines are hit. Our staff have multiple Contract/Freelancers who can often start immediately and hit the ground running.
Our executive search team has vast access to executive leadership and a C-Suite network ensuring that we can efficiently place even the most challenging and Senior positions. We have 1st line connections with Directors, CEOs, CTOs, and VPs across the globe.
Our Partnership model is our most popular option to promote long-term relationships with our clients. How is this different? The vacancies under the partnership model will become our number one priority, and consequently will have an entire team dedicated to placing these positions in record time. Below is a guide on how we will carry out this search to guarantee success in record time:
- Research/Market mapping – The first step of our partnership agreement will be to assign an experienced researcher who will map out the market for the appointed vacancies. This will include a list of companies with similar profiles, headhunting lists, market info, and salary info.
- Network – The 2nd step will be to present the research found to our resourcing specialists, who will then reach out to our Tier 1 and 2 networks. This will include calling through our database of tech professionals to screen candidates and gain referrals of other suitable candidates who may not already be in our immediate network. They will also send LinkedIn connections and InMail’s via LinkedIn Recruiter and search through the top Tech job boards.
- Headhunt – Using data from our researchers, the headhunt specialists will start to headhunt via company switchboards, LinkedIn messages, and emails. This will aim to qualify potential candidates and gain additional referrals of highly recommended individuals.
- Marketing – Our marketing department will create a specific advertising campaign to attract the right professionals for the job. This campaign will be posted on various industry-leading job boards, such as Total Jobs, CV Library, CW Jobs, LinkedIn, and our personal YanTech Associates website.
- Results – Finally, your Account Manager will screen each Candidate individually, ensuring all individuals are relevant and the best Candidates in the industry. You will then receive a shortlist of 3 – 5 CVs of the most suitable talent in the marketplace for each vacancy, ensuring each interview process is efficient.
