Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Ruby on Rails applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for innovative eCommerce solutions.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical issues.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails
- Proficient in PostgreSQL, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in coding using best practices such as TDD
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
In return you will receive a strong compensation package of between £60K – £70K + a bonus of between 5% and 10% depending on company performance.
