Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA Tester to join the team in London. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our financial software products. You will work closely with development and product teams to identify issues, provide actionable feedback, and uphold the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform manual and automated testing on web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues using a bug tracking system.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Participate in the development and implementation of QA processes and best practices.
- Continuously improve testing strategies to enhance product quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a QA Tester, preferably in a FinTech or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).
- Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
