YanTech Associates have partnered with a World-Leading Fintech company based in the UK. They have recently received another round of funding at £150million and are having another growth phase throughout 2024. They are searching for multiple Backend Ruby Engineers to work either remotely or in their London office. You will be working on all new products that they have in the pipeline, as well as working on improvements for their current world-leading products.
The company are happy to pay between £60K – £75K for Mid level Candidates, and up to £100K for Senior level Software Engineers with proven experience in Ruby.
The team are all super experienced and have a great culture, so they are looking for like-minded individuals to join.
Requirements:
- 2 + years of Software Development experience
- 2+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails / React
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
