Experience in a Ruby on Rails, and React environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of Ruby on Rails and React engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
