Managing Director and Founder
YanTech Associates was founded by Yani Antoniou, a seasoned professional within the IT and Engineering headhunting Space. After exceeding his goals year after year, Yani quickly became the company’s top performer, shifting into a Senior and Team Lead position in under 2 years of employment. By Yani continuously exceeding his targets, he played a critical part in the success of the company’s 69.6% growth in headcount within the last 2 years.
Following Yani’s successes, he has now opened YanTech Associates with the ambition to build long- lasting relationships with smaller start-up organisations to FTSE 100 companies to support the evolution of technology. Yani will strive to provide better alternatives to clients worldwide, ensuring they can meet their end-point goals in record time.
Christopher Antoniou
Commercial and Strategic Advisor
Embarking in the world of sales in early 2012, Christopher has developed a diverse skill set in various vendor management businesses. From sales negotiator to senior sales manager within the UKs largest estate agency, Christopher gained unique management skills allowing the 2 branches he led to grow above 120% in 3 years.
After reaching his goal of Senior Sales Manager for one of the company’s top offices, Christopher noticed a gap in the clinical and biometrics industry. He then decided to join the Recruitment industry, where he quickly climbed the ranks in our sister company, AL Solutions. He was shortly leading a team of 9 focused on the clinical and scientific sectors globally. Eventually, this led to the launch of Global Life Science Hub in late 2021, and GLS hub is already making a massive name for itself within the Recruitment Industry.
Due to Christopher’s continuing success, he will now support YanTech Associates within business development & strategic operations to ensure that the business runs smoothly and develops into a successful IT Recruitment company.
Alexander Antoniou
Co-founder
and Investor
Following on from a highly successful career at a corporate agency, Alexander has quickly become a well-known and reputable Recruitment Leader with experience in creating, running, and scaling Recruitment businesses across the Life Science, IT, and Technology sectors. The first Recruitment company that Alexander had opened up back in 2018 now has an international footprint, 3x offices, and a headhunting team of 40x consultants. With this, Alexander brings a wealth of knowledge and innovation to YanTech Associates due to his extensive market knowledge and understanding of the business. As the Co-Founder and Investor, it is his role to ensure that YanTech Associates has sufficient capacity to properly service their clients by using quality systems, high-end platforms, and with 1 st class in-house training. This is the support that he has provided to several other firms that are now quickly being recognised as global market-leaders.
Although YanTech Associates is a new organisation, it has the backing and investment from highly successful firms and individuals.
